I've been lucky enough to work with Liza on a few products, and I have been impressed with her work ethic, the quality of her output, and her leadership in guiding Product, Design, and Tech through sometimes complicated research concepts and finding the right questions to ask to get the information product teams need to improve their work.
She brought innovative ideas to the group, and fostered an environment where others could speak up, so that in the end we had a wide variety of ideas to bring forward
Liza was a great team lead! She kept our team of busy folks from various roles within the organization in sync, which was not an easy task (especially given the very tight turn-around that this project required)
